Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Policy Donations made to Petroline Worker Welfare Trust are generally non-refundable, as funds are utilized for charitable, welfare, educational, healthcare, environmental, and community development activities. 2. Eligible Refund Situations Refund requests may be considered in the following cases: Duplicate donation transactions. Incorrect donation amount entered by mistake. Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction. Technical errors resulting in multiple deductions. 3. Refund Request Timeline Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation date. 4. Information Required To process a refund request, donors must provide: Full Name Contact Number Email Address Donation Amount Transaction ID Date of Transaction Reason for Refund Request 5. Refund Review Each request will be reviewed individually by the Trust. The Trust reserves the right to: Request additional supporting information. Non-Refundable Donations Refunds may not be granted when: Donations have already been utilized for charitable purposes. The request is submitted after the specified time period.
